Dr. Yacko was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He completed his undergraduate studies at Youngstown State University. He then continued his education at Ohio State University College of Dentistry where, in 1988, he received his degree of doctor of dental surgery.
In 1990 Dr. Yacko moved to Phoenix, Arizona and has made it his home since. Dr. Yacko has been practicing in Phoenix and surrounding cities for 24 years. In 1995 he purchased his solo dental office in Peoria, AZ and has been practicing there for the past 19 years.
Dr. Yacko enjoys a variety of sports – mostly as a spectator these days. Photography is his current hobby as Arizona offers many great opportunities for him to explore.
Dr. Yacko has been married 17 years to his lovely wife, and the two have been blessed with a great son. They round off their family with two goofy Shar-Pei’s Tuffy and Gazelle. Together they enjoy traveling and sharing the sites and sounds of the world. Although they have to endure Dr. Yacko’s picture taking at times.
Dr. Yacko believes that by treating people fairly and listening to their concerns together they can achieve successful quality care that benefits the patient.
